Returns and Exchange Policy

We want you to love what you purchase from My Mahak. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.

  • Returns & Exchanges are accepted as per our applicable policy, provided the product is unused, unworn, and returned in its original packaging with all tags intact.

  • You must initiate a return or exchange request within 7 days of delivery.

  • Products eligible for return or exchange will be clearly mentioned on the product page.

  • Items such as earrings or personalized pieces may not be eligible due to hygiene and customization reasons.

  • In case of a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery for a replacement or refund.


How to Request a Return or Exchange

  1. Email us at hello@mymahak.com with your order number and reason for return.

  2. Our team will guide you through the return process and provide a return shipping address or arrange pickup if eligible.

  3. Refunds, where applicable, will be processed within 7-10 business days of receiving the returned item.
