Returns & Exchanges are accepted as per our applicable policy, provided the product is unused, unworn, and returned in its original packaging with all tags intact.

You must initiate a return or exchange request within 7 days of delivery.

Products eligible for return or exchange will be clearly mentioned on the product page.

Items such as earrings or personalized pieces may not be eligible due to hygiene and customization reasons.

In case of a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery for a replacement or refund.
