Returns and Exchange Policy

We want you to love what you purchase from My Mahak. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.

Returns & Exchanges are accepted as per our applicable policy, provided the product is unused, unworn, and returned in its original packaging with all tags intact.
You must initiate a return or exchange request within 7 days of delivery.
Products eligible for return or exchange will be clearly mentioned on the product page.
Items such as earrings or personalized pieces may not be eligible due to hygiene and customization reasons.
In case of a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery for a replacement or refund.

Our team will guide you through the return process and provide a return shipping address or arrange pickup if eligible.
Refunds, where applicable, will be processed within 7-10 business days of receiving the returned item.
